Global Business Ideas Ltd. will make all reasonable efforts to provide the services specified herein, but makes no warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it provides.
I understand the Monthly Membership Fees are as described below. The first payment is due and payable with this agreement. All Membership Fees are totally non-refundable. I agree to pay these Membership Fees whether or not I engage in or use any of the services provided by Global Business Ideas Ltd.
I have purchased our book "Proportunities", or attended our ATP days or downloaded the FREE Introduction video avialable on our home page
I Understand that Membership is recommended for one year, however, I may resign anytime after 6 months as long as I give 30 days advance written notice to the Global Business Ideas Ltd. office. I understand that Monthly Fees are to be paid in advance and that Global Business Ideas Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service if my fees are not paid accordingly. I also understand that the Global Business Ideas Ltd. office has the right to cancel my membership with 30 days written notice at any time (any refund of fees would be calculated and refunded accordingly).
I understand I am 100% responsible for my own results. I hereby release, discharge and agree to indemnify Home Buyers Ltd (in its own capacity and as Trustee) and Global Business Ideas Ltd. (in its own capacity and as Trustee), its officers, directors, members, employees and contractors or any such persons or entity's that may be associated with them, from any and all responsibility, claims, damages, and liability of any kind, including costs and legal fees, which may arise directly or indirectly out of any services or consulting rendered to me by them. I further agree that I take full responsibility for any action, inaction, or communications made by me and I do so at my own risk.
I understand that any advice received is only for the purposes of getting an opinion and is not a substitute for professional or legal advice. Before taking any action on any suggestions from the consulting service I hereby undertake to do my own due diligence and seek advice from my own professionals.
I understand that the forum is moderated and I am required to accept the terms and conditions of Property Talk.com forums as well when entering into this membership, I also understand that the terms and conditions of Property Talk.com apply to all activities that occur in the creative investors forum provided by Global Business Ideas Ltd.
I understand this agreement represents the entire agreement between myself and the parties specified. There are no further representations, warranties, agreements or understandings, oral or written, not fully expressed herein. I also agree Global Business Ideas Ltd. retains the right to modify the program and the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time.
