For a long time we resisted the suggestion to put this course together because we knew the massive amount of work it would take on our part, a course where people would learn techniques us and others have used to revolutionize our purchasing power and save thousands in structuring deals. Oh yes, the need was certainly there; we knew this from the beginning. But also knew it would take weeks and weeks of intensive effort on our part to make it a reality. In New Zealand we are usually focused on buying for cash only. For that to work for an investor, the price needs to be cheap. Well, what say you could learn to make money by offering the vendor FULL PRICE? Would the vendor listen? Would you be ahead of your competitors? You bet you would! How about great concepts to keep the real estate agent happy enough to call you first! We take real life situations that we have been offered and dissect them to show you how to make a win/win/win situation for all three main parties involved. The vendors win, you the investor wins and the eventual purchasers win. There is no need for anyone to lose in the property world. Mostly in negotiations the vendors get beaten down to a cheap price, but with our systems there is no need. The vendors come out smiling too and here is the good news – they have friends!
