Day 3:
This is when it all comes together. For many of our students this is the most mind blowing.
You’ll learn how to get motivated vendors calling you from the comfort of your own home and how to pre-screen them over the phone or by using the Internet.
We’ll show you how to educate your seller and to negotiate and deal with objections.
We go into detail the use of the lease option contracts and cover all the necessary paperwork. As part of the course you will receive a 184 page manual and a CD
of all the contracts that you will require. We also include dummy
copies of the agreements filled out so that you can follow with ease.
Also on day three you will be introduced to an expert on entity
structuring and taxation. They will be able to answer questions you may
have in regards to GST and tax compliance.
You’ll participate in class exercises, structuring deals,
answering objections and picking the brains of past attendees who are
