License Agreement - Lease Option Contracts/Lease Option Home Study Course

review and accept our conditions of License below.

License Agreement
IMPORTANT : Please read this License carefully before using the contracts. The right to use these contracts
is granted only if the customer agrees to the terms of this license.
Global Business Ideas Limited grants you a license to use copies of the contracts subject to the following terms
and conditions:
1. No title or ownership is conferred with this license.
2. This license also applies to customised versions of the contracts. For customised versions all intellectual
rights remain with Global Business Ideas Limited. Global Business Ideas Limited reserves the right to charge
a fee if you request a customised version of the contract(s).
3. The contracts may only be copied using the original file.
4 You do not remove any copyright notices from any part of these contracts.
5. These contracts are copyrighted and may not be disassembled, de-compiled, or have their security tampered
with.
6. You may use these contracts for your Lease Option transactions. You may not sell or distribute the contracts
in any other way.
7. You undertake to use these contracts in a fair, equitable and ethical manner. Failure to comply with this
requirement will be considered a breach of this License Agreement and may lead to it’s termination. Global
Business Ideas Limited will be the sole judge of what constitutes a breach of this clause and it’s decision will
be final and binding.
8. Global Business Ideas Limited reserves the right to terminate this license upon breach. In the event of
termination of the License, all copies of the contracts must be returned or destroyed.
9. Global Business Ideas Limited shall not be liable for lost profits, or for any incidental, special, or
consequential damages caused by these contracts.
10. You may not alter the fundamental nature of the contracts without the written consent of Global Business
Ideas Limited.
11. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between the parties.
12. Errors or omissions in the contracts will be fixed at the discretion of Global Business Ideas Limited .
13. Global Business Ideas Limited does not warrant or guarantee that the contracts will meet the licensee’s
requirements. No refunds are given.
14. This License Agreement may change when the contracts are upgraded. The Licensee must check and
accept the new license agreement (if any) before upgrading.
15. Purchasers of the Global Business Ideas Limited Lease Option Home Study Course hereby undertake not to commence any business activity which involves the dissemination of the principles of lease option property trading. The information and skills taught at this seminar are for your personal use within business entities controlled by
you.
